1. If we want to buy a hair removal machine,what do you suggest?
---We mainly produce THREE kinds of hair removal machine: a. E-light IPL machine; b. SHR machine; C. 808nm Diode Laser. E-light is with ELOS technology,SHR with OPT technology,featured by single pulse and fast treatment. 808nm laser is more suitable for clinic,professional but expensive.
2. If we want to buy a weight loss machine,what do you suggest?
---The prevailing weight loss machines in market are ultra-cavitation, lipo laser,cryolipolysis,vacuum. Our 2014 top-selling weight loss machine is 3 in 1 cryolipolysis+40KHZ ultra-cavitation+multi-polar RF,followed by 4 in 1 cryolipolysis+40KHZ ultra-cavitation+multi-polar RF+Lipo laser.
3. What is your packing method?
---Our usual packing way: thick sponge (6cm) inside,aluminum alloy case outside. For customers’ special requirement or custom clearance, we can also use wooden case instead.
4. What is your payment?
---TT bank transfer or Western Union is our usual payment terms.
5. Can you do OEM/ODM?
---Yes, we can manufacture our own standard beauty machines with our own brand or customer’s logo; We can also make different beauty machines as per customers’ requirement; Joint research and design of new machines is also very welcome by ELOS.
6. What is your lead-time?
---We always ship standard beauty machines within 5-7 working days after payment.
7. What kind of training can I get from your company?
---ELOS offers 3 kinds of machine operating training: detailed user manual; DVD training; online personalized training.
8. What about warranty?
---For all machines produce by ELOS,with ELOS design,we offer 3 years warranty. Kindly please refer to our warranty terms issued by ELOS Production Department.
